Insomnia is a common symptom to at least 2 of your diagnoses on your About Me page. I deal with it in my BPD.
Strict waking/sleeping routines help. You might try melatonin, too. It's not a heavy medication, but it might be the little push your body needs at night to calm to sleep mode.
