in doing my method of blocking, you need to know that it is a system dependant on local (yourself) and distant comparisons, relying on energy, pressures, and small kinetic forces as well as EM fields and, RF and microwaves you need to find safe compunds like lotions, and dampening materials for all of the above basicly, which is nearly impossible. What i try to impress is that you may not find total silence, but its better than nothing.
