Good luck. I find a lot of people minimize my symptoms when I share and I'm not sure why - I think they are either trying to make me feel better in the only way they know how, or they just don't get it. I keep a slight distance from such people, if I can, while not totally shutting them out. I get hyper-hyper-hyper sensitive when I'm really feeling depressed so I end up being offended by any slight comment no matter how it was intended.
