What I have , is my own coping skills , what i've naturally come up with , after Meds have given me the time and space to do so. Its just a natural process, like a child improving his/her coping skills over time. He/she just learns what works and what doesn't.
I came to psychology late in life , and I found as I looked at the various strategies to combat symptoms e.g cbt , mindfulness , etc : these were things I had learned naturally through out the years prior to this..
