A drop of lavender on my pillow helps me.

After you wake up, are you able to eventually fall asleep again or are you done for the night? What activities are you doing immediately before you sleep? It is helpful too to remove any electronics and your phone from the bedroom. Are you perhaps obsessing over things during the evening. I have medication to help me with that and make sure I stay away from all electronics, tv, and phone for at least an hour before bed.
