I deal with anger all the time. Part of it comes from feeling helpless and hopeless; no longer being able to work and being dependent on my wife for a roof over my head. The other part is my wife. She's been emotionally and verbally abusive for the 23 years we've been married. And since I haven't been able to hold a job in 6 years, I have to swallow my anger, unless I want to be homeless. I understand why my body is breaking down but I can't figure a way out of this.
We all have a hard road to travel and having to have your own back is exhausting.
