Yeah it's definitely exhausting. I am currently seeing a therapist who specializes in dealing with people who have dealt with abuse, and she wants me to seek help from a psychiatrist as well.

I feel as if my depression started when I became 14, and ever since then it's been very up and down. There will be long periods of time, like six months, where I'm at an all time low, and then there will be a few months where I feel normal again. Sometimes there are triggers for it, other times there isn't.
