I feel that I have been venting with no real result. Is venting helpful at all? I know sometimes I would explode if I didn't vent, but at the same time it reinforces some thoughts, and change doesn't occur after all. Is it more useful if we accept our pain and try to direct it for change instead of venting all day long?
