There's a famous woman writer but I can't remember her name. ( thanks again ECT.
I studied her when I worked for 4 yrs in a mental hospital.
I do remember some pretty cruel treatment like digging a hole and tossing the person in.
2000 yrs ago, I would say most were killed. Not sure though.
