hey neil, i think they work because it is a technology doing it to us. and i used my education in pro audio to aid me in pushing the frequency responses and sounds away from my head. combinations of using tv remotes rf signals, pushing away mentally, disconeection visualization and blocking materials all helped me get here today. there is an element of reactions based on belief, but that too is just a function of a tech and works due to reactive programming.
