I saw where wickedwings said, "lets' hold hands, two would be stronger"

I have a prayer in a very old prayer book I inherited from my Step-Father who was an Episcopal Priest. It is entitled, The Wire Fence. The book is filled with many thought provoking prayers such as this one; e.g. The Brick, which is another of my thought provoding favs. I wish I could post the prayer here, but I believe it is against forum guidelines. So you will have to settle for my interpretation.

It is about the fact that a wires are holding hands around the holes. They hold very tightly to their neighbors. And by way of the holding on, the fence is made. The prayer goes on to say that there are lots of holes in our lives, and there are also holes in the lives of our neighbors, but by holding hands, very tightly, we can make a fine roll of fence together.

This is what forums such as this one are about. Freewill, may the membership of this forum hold hands around you and assist in lifting you up out of your depression.
