What do you do when you no longer deserve to be looked upon?

How do you turn off when everything is too loud?

You find a place that is your own; e.g. a park, under a big tree, a place of soliture that is just yours, a place where you can forget for a few moments that there are past due bills. </font>
How do you see when it is too black to find your way?

I poke around my abyss with my finger tips until I find the right wall to scale and I then can find the edge and grip it with my fingertips, until I can pull myself out. </font>
Who can you trust when everythng is broken?

I find a way to believe it can be fixed, or if not that, then I find it within myself to break through the backness and believe in myself just enough to begin the mending. </font>
Who can care when there is nothing to care about?

There is never "nothing to care about." There is always the cat, the dog, the child...always something. </font>
Why cry when tears burn empty eyes that cannot see?

Quite literally, you get some ice cubes out of the freezer, put them into a cloth and bathe your eyes with the coldness...It is a wonderful feeling and your eyes will immediatly thank you for the doing of it. </font>
Why reach when everythng is too heavy?

You find a way to put the burden on the floor, allowing it to "partner" with you for a while, until you find a way to improve the situation. </font>
When will someone know that somewhere I exist?

There is always someone who knows you exist, but loving/liking oneself is paramount to existence. This can be hard to see, even to do, but it is possible. Read my signature quote. </font>
When is it someone will let go of such unworthliness?
<font color="purple">
Letting go of such a belief as "unworthiness" is internal. It is only found within. Working with a good therapist to break the cycle and finding that we each have value on this planet Earth, is a good thing!! </font>
Easier said than done, but don't let it rain on life for too long.
