There's also a back side of the page with DBT skills that you learn to use and if you use them you circle them for that day. There's different sections and I'm not sure how they are sectioned yet, but some are things like exercise, no alcohol, balanced eating for the "Emotion Regulation" section. The other sections are Distress Tolerance, Interpersonal Effectiveness (which have things that are only learned in DBT), and Mindfulness.
