I hope it goes well for you! DBT is kind of an intense therapy because you have normal therapy once a week and at least at my place DBT twice a week for one hour, but it's really nice since it's so helpful. You also get the ability to call the DBT coach (at least at my place) any time you feel like you can't handle your emotions and they'll talk you through it. There's also groups similar to DBT that require less therapy and often have different names, but similar structured therapy.
