It's pretty simple, yet it has helped me when all other anti-procrastination techniques have not.
I have just been gradually adding to my routine. I started with two or three things I wanted to do daily, then I added a couple of weekly things. The other day I added another daily thing. The secret is to gradually add to the to-do list so that you don't get overwhelmed.
I use an organiser app to track the things I want to do. I still feel like procrastinating, but somehow I won't allow myself to put things off under this system.
I don't know if this technique has a name, but it has worked for me.
