I googled it because I have had a problem with food for about 5 years now, apparently there is a correlation between bipolar disorder and overeating sugar. I eat way too much sugary food usually when I'm stressed out or angry but even when I'm calm or happy. I just crave it. But it's not just sugar, it's carbs, I just love to eat large amounts of carb laden foods. Has anyone dealt with this?
