personally valium helped me a lot...but I never took more than prescribed...I took it for years along with an anti-depressant....I hate taking meds...I hate seeing a psychiatrist...but it helped me make it through my life ....I survived and also had some fun..i don't take valium now on a regular basis....I have a mental illness...
