Hello al-bait": Yes, I find that I have problems of this sort... have had for many years. In my case, I attribute it to overwhelming anxiety. Unremitting stress is like a pressure cooker. The pressure has to come out somewhere. And so it finds the weakest link in the system & escapes there. There was one period of time, years ago, when my stress level was apparently particularly high, when my eyes began bouncing up-&-down in their sockets periodically... made it difficult to focus on anything I'll tell you... After a while the problem went away. I don't recall what came next. But it's all just the effects of unremitting stress.
If this is what is going on with you then the solution is to figure out what is causing you to be stressed out & try to do what you can to reduce or eliminate it. Then, such things as physical exercise, meditation, & avoiding stimulants, & getting enough quality sleep are ways of remedying the situation without resorting to therapy or psychiatric services. You might also consider getting a general medical check-up just to make sure that there isn't something physical going on. Good luck!
