I do crave it a lot. I'm finding the key to cutting down is just to not buy it. Plan all your meals for the week, buy that, and stick to it. I'm finding the more that I cut it out, the less I crave it. The BIG problem for me is all the sweets that end up lying around at work that I don't buy. I have no self-control when it dangles in front of my face all day.
