Yes. Actually I've heard (or read?) a lot of people say they're on two. I take risperdal 4-6mg (highest dose) for anger and dysphoria and seroquel 300-450mg for sleep. And like previous poster said, your on a very small dose. I would of course ask pdoc if you have any worries but I wouldn't worry too much. Besides, I don't think they would give you two if there was an interaction, unless you got it from two different docs and didn't tell them you were already on one.

Edit: I have a medical app I use to look up meds. I checked the interaction. It says monitor at high dosage and increased sedation (figured that since its seroquel). So I would stick to taking it at night and yes, go over it with whoever prescribed it to you. But since the seroquel is pretty much the smallest mg you can be prescribed, (unless I'm wrong) I wouldn't worry TOO much. Good luck!
