Can't say that I have much to report in my dream, except for a Harry Potter fanfic that seemed to be made up of different universes: one where the Dursleys were actually nice people and decent adoptive parents (I know, I know it's probably horrific and unlikely but that was how it was in the dream), one that was set in the Methods of Rationality verse and trying to defeat Quirrell/Voldemort and they ran into that version of Sirius Black, who actually was a bad guy in this (and the dream was kind of making up some reasons as to how he could have become a bad guy), and there was one where Dudley ended up angering the wrong people, and Harry was

Possible trigger:

Then I was at home with my brother and we were reading Prisoner of Azkaban or having it read aloud to us by some sort of...performer, I guess, only my brother was younger in the dream, kind of a small kid, and he was starting to ask questions about a scene that happened only in the book Goblet of Fire with the whole Ton Tongue Toffee incident.

And there was another bit with Kylo Ren making a cameo. It was the scene where -- spoilers --

Possible trigger:

I guess that part might have also come up because of me getting back to writing my versions of Episodes Eight and Nine. A bit of my writing life reflecting through dreams.

Also, before I actually got to sleep, I got this weird feeling like somebody was in my bedroom, had just passed my bed, even though my door was shut. I think it might have been my mom -- or a woman like her. It was strange too, like more of a gust of air than anything else. Either way, it was a pretty creepy incident and I don't know if my mind is playing tricks on me or if my room needs an exorcist (semi-kidding here!).

So yeah. Weird night, weird nonsensical dreams. At least unlike with last time, I didn't wake up in terror unable to get back to sleep at five-ish in the morning. I think the neurofeedback yesterday helped.
