I'm in my mid 50's.
I envy anyone that has energy. I lay in bed or on the couch.
In USA too. Only force myself to swim and care for pets. Eat and shower.
I want the energy to plan the new floor upstairs. And a zillion other projects. I can't get the enthusiasm up.
