The update is in my thread about going off meds. Read that if you want but I'm having all my recent threads deleted tomorrow hopefully. I've decided posting is not for me. I realized how much assuming goes on in responses and I don't want to do that and dont want it done to me as it irritates me highly. Therefore I will be a lurker after today and onlu pop in to say hi once in a while.
