I've been on an egg kick lately.
Easy to fix. Lots of vitamins and stuff.
Better than my other choices. Like pasta and butter. Crackers. Cookies.
I need to start putting veggies in my egg dishes. Like red bell pepper and onion.
I read something about rice water.
