Not drinking 15-18 alcoholic beverages every night improved my mood stability and made me thinner and less depressed ...

drinking coffee wakes me up but also makes me feel jittery and anxious.

Eating salad and grilled chicken instead of cheeseburgers makes me feel like less of a bloated **** when I go to bed.

Never heard of the potato starch thing ... that's a new one.

I guess what I'm saying is that eating healthier makes you feel better physically and mentally
