Sometimes I get that way with work at school. I make sure to keep my daily planner updated so that I can look at the sheet of paper and see what it is I am supposed to be doing. It helps me to sleep at night because I can assume that if everything is crossed of the planner, then everything is great with the world.
I also try to get more sleep whenever I go through a period of increased anxiety and restlessness. I usually take 6 mg of a sleep aid called Melatonex at night. The sleep that I get while taking that feels more natural than the sleep that I get when I try other over the counter medications, like Simply Sleep.
