For me, I know more than a pot of coffee makes me super anxious and alcohol is no no for depression.
Food wise, I am finding that maintaining a decent blood sugar level is helpful for my mood. Not too high or too low. Too much sugar is the worst because of the crash. I feel best eating lean meat, fruits, veggies, lowfat dairy, and whole grains. Not my favorite foods in the world, but I do notice a difference. If only our bodies accepted pizza as being good for us!
