My diet goes up and down depending on if I'm depressed or not, just like my exercising.

Have you noticed how nutrition impacts your bp? I know I slept super well last night, the first time in a week, and it was the first time I drank the potato starch. I understand the other stuff, but I'm definitely not convinced about the potato starch (I think it's kind of faddish.)
I definitely think nutrition makes a difference in mental health. As for the potato starch, I can't say. I have never heard of that before.
I can go a week or two eating very well and my mood is good and then it all goes to hell and I eat a ton of sugary foods.
