Every day you live with the threat that these others are going to make you do bad things to yourself and others. You are unwell. I am unwell. Most people on this forum are unwell. Half the damn world is full of unwell people. That doesn't make us weak or bad or lousy people. Quite frankly, being unwell makes us f**king warriors.

You focus on everything you can't do, Eden. Why not take the first step in turning that around and try to focus on finding something you CAN do? Focus on finding one thing you can at least try to do to make yourself well.
in my family it mean you are not trying hard enough to be happy it means you are being a nuisance it means you need to suck it up and stop complaining it means you cant be bothered to try it means you are being weak. in my family in relation to mental health it means you are unreliable and your opinions are invalid it means you no longer have an identity and you just are your diagnosis. so forgive me for having such a negative outlook on the word but for me it has negative consequences. and i cant make myself well if i am not sick what even is well pretending like this isnt happening so everyone else can be happy.
