Mind body - mind body - mind body.
I try to eat healthy as much as possible and I always feel
much better in mind and body when I do.
I have fallen off the wagon at times and I always regret it.
I believe healthy eating is a must for everyone but IMHO
its even more important for those of us with mental illness.
The mind body connection cannot be denied.
