Real food is good. Try to avoid overly processed food (please don't give me argument "boiling is processing, so all food is "processed"). Eat food, not chemicals. I am not much into fad diets, most of them are just variation "don't eat lot of things, including normal foods". Low anything is likely not gonna be good for you. Just observe how foods make you feel and eat intuitevely. Prepare your own food.

The pizza the way I make it is pretty healthy (veggie pizza) but like I said
My problem is I overeat, I eat the whole thing myself.
