When I'm hypomanic, which I believe I am now, I get sooooo irritable if/when I sleep. Yesterday I was all bounce bounce bounce. Shopping(can't afford) Gyming until I was so lighted headed I almost passed out. 4 hours of impulsive tattooing I can't afford. Then drinking. This was all after three hours of sleep Tuesday night.
Anyway, after much coaxing last night I slept. I woke up a bunch and never felt fully asleep if that's a thing, but I slept. holy ****, am I irritable today. Is it the sleep? I swear sleep makes it worse?
