Well, I am bipolar, but lately I seem to have overcame it..
What helped? Spirituality. Getting a meaning in life, a drive, something to life for. Herbals. Keeping semblance of healthy diet. Good mix of people to have around me. Learning to channel the unwanted emotions. Learning to expand my comfort zone to be able go through the extremes functioning... and being able to create meaning of it and enjoy life despite feeling down.
I still have a SJW tincture and bach essences around, I do ocassionaly use them, but not really consitently.
