Well we need sleep. But it sounds like it's become your enemy ... When it's so hard to attain.
Drinking is a trick when hypo/manic, a bad mind trick. Makes me feel a bit better initially and then I think it's good I'm calming down. But then it turns dark. I make bad decisions. I lose inhibitions & forget I shouldn't always tell people what I'm thinking. It's known for releasing sugars and causing people broken sleep.
Good job exercising - that's probably an awesome idea while manic.
Tattoos sound fun, but you might regret it if you can't really afford it, right?
I hate to be the no fun voice of reason, it's the mom in me.
I'm going thru some mania now too. I guess the meds kinda help. I like em but I hate em?
