Eta. I don't think hrs depressed but he is super moody. Pedi attributes it to hormones. I just worry

Hormones are to blame. Lots of kids have the same characteristics as my daughter. Her friends act almost the same...moody. My daughter is a loner though. Weekends she rather be in her own world. Not sure if that's normal if she is anti social by choice.
I took her to a specialist because she cries a lot and refuses to go to school. I couldn't help her so I talked to everyone like her pediatrician, school counselor and therapist until I found her help. It's easy to blame the moody teenager but listen to your gut and you'll know when it's time to intervene.
Teenagers are hard! My youngest is 10 and is still little in comparison. Hard to juggle two very different personalities and interests. One day at a time!
Wine, helps! 😊
