I went to get an eye exam yesterday to get contacts, and from the script the doctor gave, apparently my astigmatism is going away as it went from -0.75 in both eyes to -0.25 in one and -0.50 in the other. And the power went down too...from -1.0 and -.75 to -0.50 and -0.75.

That didn't seem right, so today I went and got a second opinion elsewhere, and the script is different, stronger, and better. I can see much better with the new one than the first one (and stronger than my old script as well).

I'm still gonna keep my followup appt with the first place and kind of run a "competition" between the lenses over the next week, but I'm trying to figure out what the best way of doing that is. Switch them every other day? Change them mid day? Any ideas? Question simplified: How can I test both of these lenses out over the next week doing it fairly?

The lenses aren't just different powers, they're also different brands. Script #1 is Acuvue Oasys and script #2 is Biofinity. It's hard to say right now which I like better since I've only worn them each one day and it's been ages since I last wore contacts so of course I could feel them in my eyes...but I do want to get this sorted!
