So other people have people sitting in their heads? How do you know if they don't even know it themselves?

So you are saying these people in your head know what's best for you yet you want to hurt yourself. How is that possibly a good thing?

Also have you tried x Ray or mri to see if there is something there ? Wouldn't that be s proof that there is nothing there?
Or at least you'll know what it looks like
