i am dealing with alot of those problems too... not sure if it would be a good idea for you to talk to me about it because i dont want to make you feel worse...
but if you do want to talk to me abot it you can pm me - just if i say something stupid then know it wasn't intentional, my mind is just running on fumes...

i have always self medicated.... it helps a little in the beginning but it just turns into a cycle that just makes you feel worse in the end you know...
not trying to condemn you are say you are a bad bad bad person - because im pretty bad
so yeah... if you wanna discuss a little i would be glad to take a PM...
maybe i can tell you about my experiences, you can compare them to yourse...
