So they want you to hurt yourself so they can get to the real world. So in order for them to get what they want they want you to be hurt. So they pretty much take advantage of you. How is that beneficial to you though? It seems to only benefit them. You are the one suffering, anyone who likes or cares about you wouldn't want you to hurt yourself. They do know what's best for them not you.

As about why call a doctor. You aren't well. You don't trust your pdoc and therapist but maybe if you call your regular doctor you might get some help. Symptoms you describe are symptoms of a person who is unwell ( dont want to diagnose you on here). You also need to have a proper diagnosis
