So I am in withdrawals, from ambien. Got some diazepam to help with the body zaps and overwhelming anxiety. I was on ambien for about a year, maybe more taking it on and off. But I was abusing it for a couple of months, not that much but obviously enough to cause this. I told my GP not to give me any more no matter what I say. Should be detoxed in about a week.

Anyway, there's a point here. Don't do drugs kids!
