10 sessions are, in the grand scheme of things, nothing.
I didn't feel change after 10 sessions. Actually I almost gave up after two months because I wasn't feeling it. I'm glad I decide to stick with it.
I don't know, do you feel it's her specifically and then you should perhaps change therapists. If it's just because of the ten sessions, I think you should continue with her. Even a little bit.
