I've read (sometimes we read too much) that the xanax loses efectiveness
if taken with food.
I only take .50mgs at bedtime and .25mgs when I go to the bathroon.

Now i'm taking Lithium and Remeron on top of Trazodone.

I'm thinking of taking the Lithium later with the Traz and Remeron,
and the xanax at the same time.
I'm playing with fire here. Serotonin Syndrome.
Really don't know what to do. Doctors never tell us how to take the pills.

Let me start all oyer again. I'm rambling.
My temporary cocktail: Lamotrigine, xanax, trazodone, remeron and Lithium.
I'm tapering from the Lamotrigine and Trazodone. That's why so many pills.
