No problems with digestion. But I toss, turn and have some involuntary movements. This can be the Lithium.
I'm using almond milk now. 30 calories. Instead of 130 for 2% milk.
So calories are coming down.
I'm also thinking of preparing the snack(s) before going to bed. An maybe placing it next to the bed. There are 30 steps between the bed and the kitchen, And only 4 more to the computer. That kills me too. Let's see.
