I can only imagine how excited you must be! I hope whether it be this time or another that he is successful in stopping. He's had a couple of good runs at it so maybe this time is for keeps.

When I prepared to quit 18 years ago, I read everything I could find about what other people's experiences were. I picked out what I thought would work for me and ignored some things I knew wouldn't help.
