Basic, i understand despair. I understand heartache, i understand disappointment. Yet i want you to take a moment, close your eyes, and breathe in slowly and open them and look around you. You are in the present moment okay, and for today you are okay and tomorrow will be another day that you will be okay as you live in each moment. Just be grateful for what you have now, a roof, a bed, meals, food. You have enough for today, and that will help you not drown in fear, negativity, depression, dispair because you are alive in this moment for today!
