Completely agreed. Not to get too political, but things aren't hopeless for him just because he's behind right now. A lot of states that have voted were expected states for Hillary, and a lot of the ones coming up are states expected to lean toward Bernie, so he should catch up (ahem and win).

I was finding it depressing and then have been getting involved in campaigning for Bernie and have actually found it one of the few things I can care and get excited about right now while depressed. I think the whole political thing is still adding lots of stress, though.

Anyway, try to remember that, (while I'd be crushed if either Hillary or Trump won, too) worst case scenario, the president alone doesn't 100% change things. Be sure to research and vote for the best smaller, more local representatives, too. Those can actually have a lot of effect.
