Omegalamed had some really thoughtful things to say.

I feel so sad when I read someoe else's thoughts that mirror my own. I'm sorry to hear you are feeling down, especially when it comes to your thoughts about self-esteem and self-worth. There are books and types of therapies out there that work with challenging those negative core beliefs. It of course starts with recognising them and how such thoughts can run your life. Such programs then teach you to expose yourself to them and challenge them head on. Yes it will take work but the potential of good outweighs dealing with te status quo.
