I'm currently tapering off Latuda, but I was on it for almost a year. It's a great med, and the only reason I'm coming off it is that 40mg was no longer doing the trick, and I had too many adverse reactions to any dose higher than that. But it has a low side effect profile, I find it sedating (at 40mg) and it worked well until I hit a major mood switch.
