why do we keep getting hurt

Could be because we haven't found a way to let go of our triggers and we keep returning to the same behavior from which the constant Why? question occurs.

Could be because we haven't found a way to love ourselves and like ourselves enough to stop the hurting before it starts.

Too often we repeat what we have known in the past because it is familiar...and familiar is hard to let go of. Familiar becomes comfortable...easier to do what we know than to work hard to make a change.
