Well... the Skeezyks doesn't know how old your husband is, PianogirlPlays. But being male himself, & an older one at that, he can attest to the fact that your husband may actually not know what you said.

Personally, I find that this is often the case with me. My wife is talking but I'm not paying attention. I just try to nod & say: "uh-huh" when it seems appropriate. I can't say if this is something that is tied to my mental health issues or if it's just a male thing. But it is the way it is for me.
